- Handle and monitor all recruitment process in accordance with company and department needed.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of company and ensure all staff comply with Employee Handbook, take disciplinary actions when necessary in accordance with described policy and procedure.
- Execute and monitor end-to-end onboarding program.
Maintaining employee personal files update and maintain HR database.
- Carry out the general management regulation of company including staff attendance record and management.
- Manage office situation: Stationary, Office agreement, Copy machine agreement, Office environment maintenance etc.
- Executing employee relations activities in accordance with company plans.
